JumbleTime.com is an internet enterprise dedicated to promoting a variety of timed jumbled words games for dabblers and word game artisans of all ages. It is the creation of David Johnson and Oliver Johnson and offers only the highest quality, most fascinating and unique jumbled words internet events. Challenge and competition are keywords for JumbleTime's exciting games, as players attempt to solve more word jumbles faster than they did previously or faster than their opponents in single-player and multi-player game options.

The seeds of JumbleTime are found in David Johnson's undergraduate psychology classwork contributions in the late 1960's, when he began experimenting with timed jumbled words at Northwestern University. Mr. Johnson holds masters degrees in both experimental psychology and business administration. His masters thesis, completed in 1975, is entitled Anagram Solving: A Function of Identical Letter Sequences and reflects his lifelong passion for and educational foundation in word games and puzzles. He also has served as an educational administrator with the Illinois State Office of Education and understands and is commited to exploiting positively the educational value inherent in jumbled words for the benefit of school-aged children and adolescents, as well as adults.

In the early 1990's he developed a rough prototype of the single-player version of JumbleTime in Basic and, in 1994, he had a workable software version created. In 1998, he began to collaborate with his son, Oliver, to bring JumbleTime to the internet.

Oliver Johnson holds a bachelors degree in computer science and is pursuing a masters degree in the area of cognitive science. He is a Consultant with a EAI consulting firm in Denver, CO. Oliver Johnson has personally designed and programmed the JumbleTime site and has shared equally in the refinement of all of the JumbleTime game concepts into today's offerings.

The immediate future focus of JumbleTime is to develop the daily challenge games both in number and variety and as added-value, short-play game features to be made available to other internet sites. Each day's daily challenge game will have one set of jumbles and solutions, with a uniquely different set of jumbles and solutions at each sponsoring location. Players will travel the internet to various different sites to play the daily challenge a second, a third, and maybe many times each day. Both players and sponsoring sites benefit, as more and more players become involved in playing JumbleTime's daily challenge games.
